I had no downside with using this bag through airport security and it fits fine beneath the seat. it is a terribly roomy bag and that i was able to work 3 changes of garments and heels. Here's another trick for using this bag: place your liquids during a bag between the 2 compartments therefore after you unzip the bag to travel through the x-ray machine, you'll toss your liquids into a bin. No have to be compelled to fish it out of the most compartment.

Pros: Bag itself is light-weight in weight; convenient style to breeze through airport security.
Cons: light-weight construction - unlikely to carry up with rugged and frequent usage; the sole hold handle on the highest of the bag is that the padded internet connecting the two shoulder straps - a separate handle would be stronger; the within pockets might be designed to be a lot of usable; a separate magazine/newspaper pocket would are nice.
