I'm alittle of a mouse enthusiast, thus when Microsoft released the new Explorer and Explorer Mini mice, I had to undertake them.
To the purpose, Microsoft features a terribly, terribly solid mouse within the Explorer Mini. By so much my most favorite feature is that the solid feel and ergonomics of the mouse. I notice it to be a lot of accommodating to my right hand than the Logitech VX Nano Cordless Laser Mouse for Notebooks (Black), that is arguably the amongst the most effective mice in its category. in all probability the foremost notable feature is that the new BlueTrack technology that lets this mouse operate on a good array of surfaces. i attempted the mouse on a mess of surfaces and it performed admirably on most surfaces.
As with most optical/laser mice, the BlueTrack Explorer Mini has issues with highly reflective surfaces, like polished wood, glass, and/or mirror surfaces. Since I never would work on such surfaces, this shortcoming isn't too huge a deal. However, if your desk is created of a reflective material and you are doing not commit to use a mouse pad, the Explorer Mini may not be the correct mouse (no optical mouse would).
The mouse has the fundamental left and right click buttons that depress with a rather shallow, nonetheless satisfying ""click"". The scroll wheel is continuous (i.e. no bumping or ridges texture feels whereas scrolling) and silent in operation. The Explorer Mini has forward and back page buttons that simply don't feel ""right"", there's not enough of a tact
