It fits terribly snugly with no further space for foam on the facet. it's a decent size and lightweight, however pretty WEAK! If i stepped on the case it'd injury the pc. I even have used it gently, handled it gently, and moved it out of the house rarely (at most once per week). it's been transported, during this Incase sleeve, within my padded bookbag, with at most one or two different paperback books, nothing major. And however the MacBook has developed several fine hairline cracks--along corners, radiating from the Apple brand, etc. Not highly noticeable, however unacceptable. I appreciated that the Incase sleeve is minimalist--but extremely, it offers no cushion and no support in the slightest degree within the most sensitive areas of the laptop: the wide, unbuttressed single-layer plastic sheet behind the LCD screen and also the corners of the notebook.
